Since I was a little girl, I have carried a deep desire to become a teacher. My journey began at a young age, teaching Sunday school at my local church. Later, I earned my teaching diploma in Honduras. In 2009, God called me to serve as a missionary in Honduras, where He opened doors for me to continue ministering through evangelism and education
In 2013, Ministries of Faith New Life began with a small elementary school project. We started with just 20 students—from kindergarten through second grade—and three teachers. We were the first Christian school in the area, and we give God the glory for allowing this dream to take root.
Over the years, God has enabled us to continue serving Him and the community of Azacualpa in Santa Bárbara, offering not only academic instruction but also Christian education grounded in faith and hope. This year, 2025, our enrollment has grown to 151 students from kindergarten through ninth grade, supported by twelve dedicated teachers. Our school year runs from February to November, and now teachers, parents, and students are all ready to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. This month, our students received their certificates, diplomas, and medals of honor in recognition of their hard work and accomplishments. We give thanks to God for blessing us with another successful school year.
As Honduras prepares for presidential elections on November 30th, we ask for your prayers—that God will guide the nation and grant wisdom and peace during this important time.
Daniel 2:21
“He changes times and seasons; He deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.”
